Mixed feelings on Elixir

I purchased the Sweet Relief Skin Elixir a few weeks ago after seeing some ads. The ordering process on the website was straightforward and I had no issues there. Shipping took about 6 days, which was okay. When I started using the Elixir for my knee pain, I did notice a subtle difference, a slight warming sensation and some relief. It wasn't as dramatic as I hoped, but it did take the edge off a bit. I appreciated that it didn't have a strong scent. I'm going to finish the bottle to see if the effects build up over time. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about application, so that was a plus. Overall, it's decent but I was hoping for more pronounced results given the claims.

Good product, slow shipping

I ordered the Sweet Relief Skin Elixir. It eventually got here, took about 8 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a bit long. The product itself has helped with some shoulder pain, though not a miracle cure. I'd consider buying again, but wish shipping was faster.

Amazing relief!

I tried the Sweet Relief Skin Elixir and it's fantastic! The pain in my lower back felt better after just a few uses. I was skeptical but it really worked for me. I'm telling everyone I know about this. Definitely ordering more of the direct absorption skin elixir soon!

how does this compare to something like penetrex or biofreeze? trying to decide which one to go with for chronic knee pain.

M Mark Okafor 2 months ago
I've tried Biofreeze and it's mostly just a menthol icy hot feeling. Lumna feels more like it's actually working on the pain rather than just distracting from it.

Yeah, Lumna is different because it's supposed to help with nerve stuff, not just muscle soreness. Penetrex is okay for general aches but Lumna gets deeper, afaik.

What's the deal with returns if this doesn't work for me? Is it a hassle or pretty straightforward?

E Emma 2 months ago
I returned an unopened bottle once, and it was pretty easy. Just filled out a form online.

Pretty sure they have a good return policy, like 30 days or something. I remember seeing it on their site when I first ordered.

Is Lumna actually legit or is it just another one of those snake oil things? Saw an ad and it sounded a bit too good to be true.

R Rachel 2 months ago
It's legit. I've been using it for my back pain for a few months and it helps a lot. It's not a miracle cure but definitely provides relief.

Yeah, it's not fake. I was skeptical too, but the ingredients list is solid and I've felt a noticeable difference in my neuropathy. Definitely worth trying.

Hey, wondering how long it usually takes for the Sweet Relief stuff to arrive? I'm in Chicago and really need something for this nagging shoulder pain ASAP.

P Phil Kaur 1 month ago
From what I remember, mine got to me in about a week. I'm in California, so Chicago might be similar.

Yeah, I'd say anywhere from 5-7 business days is pretty standard for them. They're not Amazon prime fast but not super slow either.

Thinking of trying this out but I'm worried about irritation. I have super sensitive skin, does anyone know if it's generally okay for that?

A Anna Z. 1 month ago
My skin is pretty reactive too and I haven't had any issues with it. No redness or anything.

They use natural stuff so it should be fine. I've got mild eczema and it didn't trigger anything for me. You could always do a patch test first if you're really worried.
